Hey, I’m Jess!
I’m a licensed mental health counselor working with adult women in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and I’m happy you’re here.
If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve been carrying a lot. Maybe you’re the one who always has it together, the one people rely on. Asking for help doesn’t come naturally — but lately, the pressure, the overthinking, and the old patterns feel heavier than ever.
My approach to therapy is relational, down-to-earth, and rooted in compassion. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships — where you feel seen, heard, and never judged for being human. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a good sense of humor into the space, because sometimes we need to laugh, even when we’re doing deep work.
A lot of the patterns you’re stuck in didn’t start with you. They often go way back — shaped by early relationships, unspoken expectations, or moments when you had to disconnect from your feelings just to get through. That’s why I use an attachment and trauma-informed lens: to help you understand where these cycles began and to create space for something new. Together, we’ll gently explore those early roots, not to stay stuck in the past, but to help you understand yourself with more compassion and begin to shift the patterns that no longer serve you.
I deeply value the relationship we will build together, and that connection is the foundation for healing. I draw from a mix of approaches to meet you where you are, including EMDR to process painful memories, and somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body and feel more grounded in the present.
Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always centered around you. I hope that our work together helps you feel more connected — to yourself, to others, and to the life you actually want to be living.
A little about me:
Outside of therapy, I love animals, can lose hours to a good book or TV series, and will never turn down a great cup of coffee. I believe in finding joy in the little things and weaving humor into everyday life (because sometimes laughter really is the best medicine).
If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
Reach out to schedule a free consultation — we’ll talk about what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit. You don’t have to have it all figured out to get started.
