Insurance and Out of Network:

I am currently credentialed with Aetna through Alma, which allows me to accept clients who have Aetna insurance. I will soon be accepting clients with Optum. If you are insured through another provider, I also work with clients who have out-of-network benefits. In those cases, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Fees:

Initial Intake: $165

50-minute Psychotherapy Session: $150

60-min EMDR session: $160

I reserve a certain number of reduced fee slots for individuals who have financial barriers to help make therapy more accessible. My goal is to support you on your journey with the utmost care and attention.
